About BOTL
We recognize the real challenges college students face in accessing professional networks, gaining industry insights, and navigating the transition from college to career. Many students are encouraged to seek networking opportunities off campus, yet barriers such as access, confidence, and proximity often stand in the way.
Bringing Out the Leaders (BOTL) was created to remove those barriers.
BOTL is an intentional on-campus leadership and networking experience designed to bring professionals directly to students, creating meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, and leadership development in an environment where students feel supported and empowered.
Since its inception, Bringing Out the Leaders has convened 2,000+ college students and professionals together, offering students the opportunity to build social capital, expand professional networks, and see themselves as valuable assets within their community.
